On-going Mindfulness Program

Just like a muscle in your body, if you want your mindfulness practice to develop and grow stronger, you need to train it regularly. Ongoing training is essential to nurture your mindfulness practice. Usually, a one day course isn’t enough to be proficient at mindfulness. Mindfulness is so simple in its essence, but so complex to implement meaningfully.

Our on-going program gives you and your teams the opportunity to formally practice mindfulness together. Just an hour per week or fortnight can make a world of difference. We support you through workshops, discussions and feedback to help you improve your skills and application of mindfulness techniques. Your teams are encouraged to share their experiences to help you understand how best to overcome any challenges and build on your successes.
